Project Overview
Bloom Beauty is a direct-to-consumer skincare brand that came to us with a great product and a generic Shopify theme. We rebuilt the entire storefront from scratch — a custom shade-match quiz that recommends products based on skin type, a subscription bundle builder, a loyalty rewards system, and a Klaviyo-integrated email flow that recovers abandoned carts at 35%.
The skincare market is ruthlessly competitive. Customers need to be educated, matched to the right products, and given a reason to subscribe rather than buy once. A generic Shopify theme with pretty photos wasn't converting — they needed a storefront built around the full customer journey.
We built a 4-step skin assessment quiz that recommends a personalized routine, a bundle builder that increases AOV, a points-based loyalty program, and a post-purchase email sequence powered by Klaviyo. Every element of the store was A/B tested before launch.
