Project Overview
HireFlow is a recruitment SaaS we designed and built for fast-growing SMBs that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't need the complexity of enterprise ATS platforms. From the first job post to the new hire's day-one checklist, HireFlow keeps every step of the hiring process in one place — no more chasing candidates through email threads or losing feedback in Slack.
Growing companies between 20 and 200 employees fall into a painful gap: they're too big for manual hiring but too small to justify $500/month enterprise ATS tools. They needed a clean, fast, affordable platform that covered the full hiring lifecycle without a 6-week onboarding process to set it up.
We built HireFlow with a job board integration, a drag-and-drop Kanban pipeline for applicant stages, automated email sequences via Resend, a structured interview feedback system, e-signature-ready offer letters, and a new hire onboarding checklist builder. Setup takes under 30 minutes. The UI is deliberately minimal — no feature bloat.
