Project Overview
J&O Real Estate is a premium German facility and property management firm based in Herford. We built their complete digital presence — a bilingual (EN/DE) corporate website and CAFM digitalization showcase platform. The site positions J&O as a technology-forward real estate consultancy that uses AI and digital twins to optimize properties for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
J&O had built a reputation as one of Germany's most technically capable facility management firms over 10+ years, but their digital presence didn't reflect their sophistication. They needed a site that could speak to both German SMBs and international investors, demonstrate their CAFM and BIM capabilities, and generate qualified inbound leads.
We built a high-performance, bilingual Next.js website with a full-width video hero, service showcases, case study sections, and a CAFM digitalization overview. The site was engineered for SEO in both languages, features a testimonial system, and presents their 50+ service company partnerships and 115+ project portfolio in a format that immediately communicates enterprise credibility.
