Project Overview
LexCore is a legal tech SaaS that uses AI to automate the most time-consuming parts of contract management — initial review, clause extraction, obligation tracking, and deadline alerting. We built the full platform for a legal tech startup targeting mid-sized law firms and corporate in-house teams.
Junior lawyers were spending 60–70% of their time on first-pass contract review — work that required reading but not judgement. Firms needed a tool that could handle the mechanical parts of review automatically, flag real risks, and track obligations without adding another system to manage.
We built an OpenAI-powered document processing pipeline that extracts key clauses, identifies obligations, flags non-standard terms, and summarizes risk levels — all in under 60 seconds per contract. The dashboard tracks every active contract's status, upcoming deadlines, and open obligations in a single Kanban-style view.
