Project Overview
NestNow is a PropTech platform built for young professionals renting in Southeast Asian cities — a market notorious for outdated listings, opaque pricing, and landlords who ghost. We built the full platform: AI-powered listing search, interactive maps, virtual tour embeds, a landlord-tenant messaging system, and a digital lease signing flow.
Renting in cities like Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Manila meant scrolling through 5 different platforms, messaging 20 landlords, and never knowing if listings were actually available. The experience hadn't changed in a decade. NestNow needed to fix all of it in one product.
We built an aggregated listing index with a Supabase-powered real-time availability layer, an AI recommendation engine that learns from search behavior, an interactive Google Maps interface with neighborhood data overlays, and a WhatsApp-style landlord messaging system. Lease signing is handled via a DocuSign-like e-signature flow built directly into the platform.
