WoodenStreet is one of India's most recognized furniture e-commerce brands, shipping 50,000+ customized furniture pieces annually. Starduxe was engaged to audit, optimize, and re-engineer key frontend experiences — with a specific focus on mobile performance, product page load speed, and checkout conversion. High traffic, high expectations.
At WoodenStreet's scale, even a 1-second delay in page load means thousands of lost conversions daily. Their mobile experience was lagging behind their desktop site, Core Web Vitals scores were below Google's recommended thresholds, and the product detail page had accumulated technical debt that was slowing down both developers and customers.
We conducted a full Lighthouse performance audit, identified and eliminated render-blocking resources, implemented image optimization pipelines, introduced lazy loading across product image galleries, and refactored the mobile product page layout for thumb-friendly navigation. A/B tests validated each change before full rollout.
