A FRESH PERSPECTIVE

Good things.
Taking shape.

A little room. A different view.

A small illustration of what we can explore together.

Good thinking.
Useful outcomes.

We shape the scope around the problem, your starting point, and the people who will use the result.

01 /

Work the way a German client expects

Clear scope, documented decisions, and a delivery plan that holds — the same discipline German engineering culture already assumes.

02 /

Overlap that actually works

A morning start in India lines up with the German working day, so questions get answered same-day, not overnight.

03 /

Software built for how the business really runs

Facility services, property, and operations software need to model real contracts and real staffing — not a generic template.

A CLEAR PICTURE FROM THE START

Know what
we’re building.

These are starting points for a conversation. Deliverables, timing, third-party costs, and support are agreed in your project scope.

  • 01A workflow modelled on real contracts
  • 02Portals scoped per audience
  • 03Delivered in stages the client can absorb

A CLOSER LOOK

The parts worth
thinking about.

Working with German clients in practice

German business culture tends to reward precise scope, documented decisions, and a delivery plan that actually holds — which happens to be how good engineering works anyway. In practice that means written scope before building, clear milestones, and saying plainly when something will take longer rather than absorbing it quietly and missing a date. The overlap in working hours helps: a morning start in India covers most of the German working day, so questions rarely wait overnight.

What the OptiPlan work involved

The facility-services platform we're building for a German client covers personnel and site management, room groups, billing rates, ticketing, and separate portals for the client's own customers and employees. It's operations software, which means modelling how a real business actually runs — contracts that differ per client, staff assigned across sites — rather than fitting that business into a generic template. It's shipped in stages, each usable on its own.

Before we
get going.

A few practical things, answered.

What do you need to get started?

A description of the problem, who the product is for, and anything that already exists. Share useful references and constraints; a polished brief is not required.

How do pricing and timelines work?

We agree the scope and dependencies first, then propose milestones, pricing, and a delivery plan. Existing systems, integrations, feedback, and content readiness all affect the estimate.

Can you improve an existing product?

Yes. We start by reviewing the current experience and technical setup, then recommend what to keep, improve, or rebuild.

What happens after launch?

We agree on documentation, handover, and support before the project begins. Ongoing improvements or maintenance can be scoped separately.
